The Sunday brunch takes place in three catering areas: Bar Les Heures large and bright Art Deco space, the dining room with its central space dedicated to Cooking Shows, and the Patio, a haven of rare calm in the capital.
For its new brunch, Prince de Galles unveils a 'taste journey', combining brunch essentials (large selection of breads from Maison "L'Etoile du Berger", refined French cheeses, eggs declined in thousands of different ways...), exotic creations (sushis, Lebanese specialties...), and the five-star touch with exceptional and seasonal products: two choices of hot dishes offered every Sunday, prepared in the central kitchen as a culinary show.
On the Sweet side, pastry Chef Tristan Rousselot and his brigade will delight your taste buds with a wide range of pastries, including both revisited classics and original flavors (gluten-free sweets also available). Finally, a corner of pancakes prepared on request will delight the entire family, with a wide choice of gourmet and fruity toppings. All products are homemade or sourced from local and regional producers. The products are seasonal and the offer is renewed throughout the year.

Beautiful and quintessentially English Wedgwood china will whet your appetite. It is floral and wonderfully whimsical, and complements the crystal chandeliers and Art Deco marble that adorn the Les Heures bar perfectly.

At Prince de Galles, the gastronomic experience is also held throughout the year around the Patio. Luxurious haven of peace in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the 8th arrondissement of Paris, the Patio is adorned with spectacular mosaics carefully restored by Bruno Borrione. The customers can enjoy a refreshing botanical break, take the time for a Mediterranean lunch, a dinner under the stars or a cocktail under the shade of the palm trees.
