The two halves of a lacquered lobster with goji berries, ginger, green mango and coriander
Duck breast with a crunchy crumble, winter vegetables mille-feuille, blackcurrant and verbena juice OR Roasted sea bass with samphire and orange, mashed butternut with salted butter, celeriac chips
Coconut biscuit, muscovado and beetroot with coconut and lime sorbet
